About

I align culture. That's it. That's the post. My entire role is saying 'let's make sure this feels aligned' in meetings about quarterly earnings.

Everyone wants the results of journaling my own KPIs but nobody wants the 3 quarters of allergic to Mondays that comes with it.

Sometimes growth looks like restructuring my personality around a Notion template at 5am and telling everyone about it by 9.

My biggest lesson from 14 hours in this industry: quiet quitting was invented by people who never truly loved a spreadsheet.

Just wrapped 11 straight standups of optimizing a process nobody asked me to touch. Feeling completely unrecognizable to myself. My wife has stopped making eye contact.

Today I cried in the shower. Then I remembered I'm a thought leader. Then I cried harder.

Vulnerability is leadership. Especially when no one's watching. But I'm posting about it. So someone is watching. So it's performative vulnerability. Which is the best kind.

We are not doing layoffs. We are doing a 'workforce realignment toward future aligned energy.'

Same spreadsheet. Better font.
